Monthly and annual access is activated or extended after PayTR sends successful payment confirmation. Support can verify unusual delays using the transaction reference.
2. Hardware delivery
The bundle is prepared after payment, stock and address verification. Estimated dispatch and delivery timing is provided during or after ordering. Delivery is available to serviceable addresses in Türkiye; any special setup, remote-area or freight charge is disclosed before confirmation.
3. Inspection
Inspect the package at delivery and record visible damage with the carrier. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items promptly through our contact channels.
4. Setup and support
Included initial setup is provided remotely or, where agreed, on site. The Buyer is responsible for suitable internet, electricity, local network and third-party devices. Software support follows the subscription and current service terms.
