Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

A monthly subscription may be cancelled before the next period. Access continues until the end of the paid period and no new period is charged. Annual renewal may be declined before the current term ends.

2. Digital services

Where electronic services begin before the withdrawal period with the customer's express consent, statutory withdrawal exceptions may apply. Requests are reviewed when service has not begun or a legal refund right exists. Fees for used periods are generally non-refundable, subject to mandatory law.

For a defective or unavailable service caused by MutfakPro, correction, price reduction or an appropriate refund will be considered.

3. Hardware bundle

Consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days after delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. Products must be returned with accessories and invoice without loss of resale condition. Diminished value caused by handling may be deducted. Exceptions may apply to installed or custom-configured products.

4. Requests and repayment

Email your transaction reference and reason to info@mutfakpro.com.tr. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank posting times are outside MutfakPro's control.
