The seller/service provider is identified below. The buyer is the person or entity providing account and billing details before payment. This agreement covers the selected subscription or hardware bundle.
2. Product, price and payment
The plan, duration, price before VAT, VAT and total are shown before payment. Card payments are processed by PayTR; the Seller does not see or store card details. The order is confirmed after payment approval.
3. Performance and delivery
Digital access is assigned after successful payment confirmation. Hardware scope and delivery follow the Delivery and Service Terms. The Buyer is informed of force majeure or supply delays.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
Rights depend on the Buyer's legal status and the nature of the supply. Express consent for immediate digital performance and exceptions for physical goods are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Disputes
The Buyer is responsible for accurate account and billing information. The parties will first seek resolution through the contact channels. Mandatory consumer forums remain available; commercial disputes are handled by the competent courts.
6. Acceptance
By checking the box before payment, the Buyer confirms reading and accepting the pre-contract information and this agreement and requests digital service to begin immediately after payment. Electronic transaction records are retained for applicable legal periods.
