1. Data controller

The data controller is Bir Dünya Restoran Gıda İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies where relevant.

• Account, subscription, invoice, support and transaction records.
• IP address, device, session, security and usage logs.
• Payment reference, amount and status. Card details are processed by PayTR and are not stored by MutfakPro.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to create and perform the contract, provide subscriptions and support, process payments and invoices, protect the service, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. The grounds include contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.

4. Sharing and retention

Data may be shared only as necessary with payment, hosting, email and support providers or competent authorities. It is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when its purpose ends, subject to statutory retention and dispute periods.

5. Your rights
